Injecting - clean the needle

ok sharing needles is dumb, but there are times you gotta do it.. the best way to clean a needle is to draw up a half cc of bleach in the syringe, pull the plunger out and shake it up, reapeat 3 times. then flush with water and draw up water shake and squirt out... dont just use a needle right off someone else's scabby arm, thats nasty

USE A SOLUTION OF HALF BLEACH AND HALF WATER SUCK THIS UP ALL THGE WAY INTO YOUR SYRINGE AT LEAST 5 TIMES LET IT SIT IN THE SYRINGE AT LEAST 15 SERCONDS EACH TIME AFTER THAT CLEANSE WITH WATER AT LEAST 5 TIMES ( AFTER YOU DO THIS THE BLEACH SHOULD EAT THE MARKINGS OFF THE SIDE OF YOUR SYRINGE) DONT f**kING SHARE NEEDLES ASSHOLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MAKE THE OTHER PERSON SMORKE OFF OF FOIL OR SNORT BUT DONT SHARE NEEDLES AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sharing needles is stupid and dumb but I like most addicts are just as addicted to the needle as the dope, I have actually shot water when i was out of dope just to shoot something, if i was dopesick and had dope but no needle i would rather wait and be sick for a needle than snort or smoke and in my eyes waste it. I always bought 100 needles at a time but on the rare occasion where i HAD to share i bleached 20 seconds, water 20 secs, repeated 3 times and made sure to use clean water between each time and filled the syringe all the way up then shot half out and shook then repeated 3 more times. I hated doing this but we do stupid things when we are sick and the guy i shared with had Hep C and I knew this but still did it anyways, STUPID! Well when I got on the Methadone clinic they tested me for AIDS and Hep C and luckily I was negative for both so I dodged that bullet and am not shooting dope anymore so hopefully I don't have to ever be at rik of getting anything again. It is a sick disease and i have seen people use dirty puddle and toilet water to shoot with. I have seen guys find needles in the garbage and use them. Never got that desperate but those are just yets for me and you.

SWIM doesn't know that sterilization with bleach is 100% safe, but this is a good story for people to read, and to know how easy it is to get Hep C as it is 10 times more communicable than H.I.V. Definitely advice from someone that has been there and done that and lived to tell.

Man it's good to hear you're off the needle and that you've" dodged that bullet" , and happy to have you here I hope those that read your post will think before they use the needle.
