Vicodin without CWE?

How dangerous is it to recreationally take vics without doing a CWE? Swim has recently been taking several a night without doing a CWE, mainly because she doesnt have much knowledge of the CWE procedure and didnt even think to do it before coming onto this forum. Is it possible to have already caused permanent damage without realizing it?

How many pills exactly? If the only figure is "several", then the question "is it POSSIBLE i've fucked myself up", the only answer is yes.

I'd say if you've taken more than 3.5-4 grams of paracetemol every 24 hours for a while, your liver may well be a tad upset.

If SWIY is planning on continuing to take several vicodin a night, swiy should read up on the procedure. SWIY's liver may not be happy at the moment, but the chance of irreperable damage (as of yet) is somewhat small. But if APAP is taken day after day, well, that chance of damage is raised.

CWE is very very simple ! At least a crude CWE will save swiy liver, take tabs, crush them up, mix with a pint of water, filter liquid through coffee filters (or even kitchen towel) drink resultant liquid, thats it. This procedure may not be the best in terms of getting the most out of the Vics (or even the safest(as some impurities will remain)) but at least it rids it of alot of the rubbish.
Its simple, tell swiy to do it before he ends up at the docs withliver trouble.
