If swim went downtown to get some crystal what he would be getting? He knows his source and it is very trusted.

I guess he would be getting methamphetamine. Anyway, would this meth be different from prescribed meth desoxyn??

Could he use this as a remedy for add and fatigue?

He was diagnosed in the past with adhd but that was many years ago and he was only prescribed some shitty medicine which didn't do shit. It was something for treating some hypocondriac disorder and for calming him down but I don't remember the name. It wasn't amph or metilphenidate cause they just don't exist is swim's country (as a precription med).

Doctors say is impossible I am an adult with add cause I managed to get a degree and a good job and won't prescribe anything. Fuc*ing doctors what do they study for 10 years?????

Only SWIY knows what is best. If other meds didn't work (I'm sure there are ones out now that will do you good) I suppose give it a shot? And yeah, scoring it on the street is different than the manufactured pills (impurities, cuts, etc). Be very careful with this stuff, respect it and yourself, I'm sure you know of the 'other' side of meth.
I wouldn't recommend it to you if I was a doctor, as I'm sure there are better remedies that won't sink in your eyes and rot your teeth (as SWIM collect red white and blue to mix and test a dibber dab ), but if you feel you need to try it and this is an only option (like if your ADD+Fatigue is ruining your everyday life) then go for it. Maybe try to find Adderall?

ADD+fatigue is not really ruining my life, but it is making almost impossible to do funny stuff. When I'm not working I only want to be resting or sleeping. Things like watching a movie becomes a very hard job and I have to force myself to pay attention to it. I don't want to go out cause I'm tired so I force myself to go out but it results in more fatigue and lack of fun. At work I have to do great efforts to keep myself focused on a simple task. Studying has always been a nightmare.

Adderall and amphetamines only exist as a street drug in the country of swim, he tried to get some but only found suspicius online sources not to be trusted and very high prices for ritalin.

Methamphetamines will allow you to have energy for after work, but your body still needs rest, meht or no meth. Just be smart with the doses, start off small and stay small, use just enough to get the energy required no more on a regular basis. By all means endulge on the weekends, but for the sake of your body and job try to keep it at a therapeutic level during the week.

Yeah, definately have self control. Maybe buy one of those week pill cases and put a certain dose in for each day, and REFUSE to open the next days dose. This is hard, of course. But it helps (for SWIM and his perscribed medication). SWIM wishes that he had a bank/pill case that only opened a dose a day, with no way around it. Then of course I can picture SWIM with a screw drivier prying that shit open.. haha. Just be safe, man. Keep your head.
