Tip on respecting meth
The biggest thing in my opinion that seperates functional addicts and out of control ones is sleep deprivation, duh obviously! The drug when used proper has little of the negative side effects when sleep isn't missed. If you can, never stay on a run more than 2 nights lost sleep and give yourself at least a prolonged sleep night between binges and maybe eat a little. It's hard to do this with a substance as powerful and seductive as meth but man if you don't respect this shit you can be in a world of hurt ASAP......

to respect methamphetamine, means to not do it. or to be a addict, then quitting "cold turkey"
that is to respect meth, you should respect yourself first |

BS, meth works without any problems, even with less than caffein that at least what the prescriptoion-meth did.
Take the amount to be fit, not high and eating drinking and sleeping should be as goog as or better -eg more appropiate, than without. Cold turky isn´t happening, just stopping it, sleeping out the hang over and waiting for the brain-chemistry, wihich wil be depleted of some neurotransmitter, to re-adjust. That´s all! Even this can be managed with some legal health supplements, very well! No big harm done, even in the long run, but u could tell people it was a big deal, if you could make yourself a lobby and some money out ot rraising a fuss of something, that can be dealt with, with a few hours o f sleep. |
