i'm no expert but it seems to me that this has less impurities than drinking water, so it should be perfectly safe.

I guess when SWIM purchase 4 gallon jugs and try to pass those at the customs especially if SWIY is american, they will not let it through anyways. My point is that SWIY might want to order alot of small quantities through a few people just in case, it has more chance to go through... weird system isn't it ?

Of course the ingredient is safe ! SWIM would lightly warm it in the open before use just to make sure...

Do NOT ingest GBL... only GHB is natural to the body and a beneficial nutrient, an essential one shall I add.
