I've already posted this to the archive. It's 20MB in size.

This is an old book which has been scanned as it is no longer in print. It's a valuable read although a little biased. Scanned and a few pages are missing.

Yes PLEASE reupload this book! reading the reviews in Amazon seem a really useful book to have! More details of this "dangerous" drug are needed.
