How good are the 30mg morphine pills?

Which 30 mg. morphine tabs? Time release or immediate? Is someone going to shoot them or what? need more info

Try the search engine for such questions they can be answered easily in previous threads. Anyway, 30mg oral morphine is not very much if your concidering a recreational dose. Morphine has a very poor bioavailabilty when swallowed.

I dont know if their immediate or what. Their the purple 30mg pills. SWIM aint never took morphine before and was wandering how they are. Are they like lowertabs or xanax bars. or alot stronger?

purple is a time release.

Snort it in thirds until you get a good high

Take the whole pill and feel a fair euphoria for about 6 hours

or

Crush and swallow and feel an intense high for about 3 hours (Not recommended for 1st time)

Morphine is no where near a benzo effect, except for maybe sedation.

SWIM told me he tried these 30mg NAPP(no tolerance at all) this is his story:

1st time: Scraped the purple coating off, then crushed the pill to powder and snorted it at once. Effects where a very mild sedation and euphoria but they seemed to kickin when the drip came. No trouble sleeping. Next day fine.

2 weeks later:

2nd time: Scraped the coating of 2 pills, snorted about 2/3 at around 7 in the evening again a very mild euphoria and a stronger sedation, after 1,5 hour swallowed the rest and became drowsy and itschy. A much stronger sedation set in, but no real euphoria. Had trouble sleeping and woke up several times that night still feeling the effects(itching and restless)

A bit tired the next day.

I get the grey 30 MG tabs which ARE NOT time released. Take two and you get a nice buzz. I get a headache the next day.

swim finds morphine to be poor when snorted, my post is not a suggestion but more of swim's experiance. he finds breaking the time seal and taking orally to work ok but caution since morphine is potent, and time release pills can be dangerious if broken... do not attempt if you have no tolerance, take a lil at a time.

SWIX has a cousin who took a 50mg Kadian (morphine) for back pain and vomited severely for hours. Years ago, SWIX took 150mg of Kadian and barely felt any effects. Everyone is different. Start small and work up. SWIX thinks MS Contin works faster (instant release) while Kadian is more steady (sustained release).
