seroquel (Quetiapine) tolerance already?

I have been experimenting with seroquel for the last few weeks, not every day but maybe 3 times a week. I used to feel completely zombied from 200mg.... but now nothing, im not getting the zombie high, im popping around 400mg just to feel tired. Will this tolerance go away after some time or is it more a permanant thing. Im thinkin if seroquel is stored in fat cells (i dont know if it is) that i might have to wait a damn long time before i can use them for fun. What do u think?

I dont think seroquel is stored in fat cells, even if it is though 1 month and you should be 99% detox and have lost just that much tolerance. No tolerance is permanent (at least definatly not to my knowledge). If seroquel is really your thing and you wanna have fun with it again, take a month off and that should do it. Mabey even less than that.

Re: seroquel tolerance already?

SWIM has been prescribed seroquel for roughly the last 3 months for insomnia, anger, and anxiety. At first 50mg was enough to knock swim out. SWIM now takes 50mg in the morning, 50mg in the evening, and 250mg at night, the 250mg makes SWIM a little slow, but not really all that tired. SWIM has never built up a tolerance to a drug as quickly as he did to Seroquel
