A few questions on side effects
1- Is it safe to take a sleeping pill when on a comedown? After about 5-6 hours of being up I start to come down, feeling really exhausted but unable to sleep at all which then leads to me getting very angry at the slightest thing. If it is safe, will it actually work as it normally would? (Help put me to sleep, if that wasn't obvious!)
2- Is there anything I can take to ease (or preferably stop) the gurning? I feel that I've taken e enough times now to try it in a club but I'm worried that 1) I will look REALLY stupid (I KNOW I will because I've seen myself in a mirror before) and 2) people will know I've taken the drug. I don't want to force my jaw to stay still, I've tried that before and it hurts like hell. |

As a result I moved my weekend excusions to a Friday rather than a Saturday in order to give me more time to recover and worry less about having to sleep after a night of munchng. The change meant meant that I could go through the Saturday day time as "normal" and then let myself fall to sleep naturally on the Saturday evening. Hope the info helps

1) I wouldn't recommend doing any pharmaceutical drugs on the comedown. They put great stress on the heart. Even sleeping pills. Have a beer and a spliff instead.
2) Pacifiers, lollipops and gum will only make things worse for your jaw I'm afraid. Chewing on gum when sober for over an hour will hurt your jaw, so it's sure as hell gonna hurt when your buzzing. If you're worried about your physical appearance when buzzing in a club, choose your club more carefully. Go somewhere with dark lighting, techno music and many other clubbers who are buzzing also so that you won't stand out. The last thing you want to do is take XTC in some shithole scene club that's brightly lit and plays pop music. |
