Overdose - Benzodiazepine overdose? plz help

i took a couple hits o crystal then then had at least 85 mg of temazepam plus 60mg of ritalin srthen like 30 mg of nitrazepam... im pretty sure i had some clonazepam like i dunno how much and i still havent slept... i knoo this isnt safe but id like to kno how unsafe it was and what is should do i dont feel that great so ne info would be greayt
