Isanyone in an area where they can see the Northern Lights really good?SWIDP would love to trip out hardcoreduring afierce magnetic storm... especially in the winter with tons of snow all around. That would be insane!

The northern lights are one of the most amazing natural occurrences. The colors and the way they move is so cool. The more north you go the better the show.

Monitor the sun at spaceweather.com. This will tell you what is going on with our star and the likelihood of auroras. We have had some auroras recently that were visible all the way south to Mexico City, so just keep your eyes on spaceweather and the sky.

Cool site. I love astronomy.There's nothing happening around here... time to head north for a nice trip.
