I know Aspirin is safe to take after a hard coke binge, but is Tylenol any different? Has anyone had or heard of complications with either?

if it means anything... coke has sometimes been known to be cut with tylenol around my area... wierd yes... harmful... most likly no

tylenol willruin your liver, especially snorting it on a regular basis.
