Combinations - How to get the best effect on my trip?

Hi Everyone!



I'm taking every day 2-4 mg Iktorivil (clonazepam) on the morning, and
60 mg Remeron (mirtazapine) and 25 mg Propavan (propiomazine) at the
evening. But now I want to a trip!



I have 3 different hallucinogenes:

-Bromo-DragonFly

-DXM

-2C-T-4



I know what you're thinking... This guy take anti-depressant. Therefor it is not suitable for him to take psychedelics... But</span>,
I'm feeling fine! By help of the medicines of course. The problem is,
that i'm wondering by the mirtazapine interactions of psychedelics. In

they say that the major effect by hallucinogenes is that the substance tie to the 5-HT2 receptor.



Mirtazapine works through it blocks the 5-HT2 and 5-HT3 receptors. But
some sources is saying that mirtazapine increase the effect of
psychedelics. I don't get it...?



Does mirtazapine increase or decrease the effect of psychedelics???

Does clonazepam affect the effect?



I took some psychedelics last week (I don't really know what it
contained), I hold up with the mirtazapine the evening before. I took 4
times the recommended dose (it was smartdrugs), and I get really
screwed in my head, but had no visual or auditional hallucinations.



I also have Aurorix (moclobemid), a MAO-inhibitor. Can this boost the
trip? It is not dangerous to combine moclobemid and mirtazapine. I know
that. Course when I got the moclobemid, I already ate mirtazapine, and
the doctors was consulted the MPA, to know if this was OK.

I wouldn't take the chance if i were you. Thats alot of chemicals you have interacting in the body. And taking psychadelics might make your depression worse. I would stop taking those pills for a week or so, and then decide.

If theres some reason you can't do that, ask your doctor or someone who knows alot about the drugs whats best.

Ask if it's dangerous to take cough medicine (containing DXM).

If used properly in the correct settings (mature pschologically good mental health, if you can get a psychotherapist with psychedelic experienceset setting ect)it could be more valuable than anti depressents and a year of councilling.


Just do what feels right but best to double check yourself about the health risks, and you can have a bad trip regardless but goodluck and i hope you enjoy yourself and get something from it

Some information about psychotropic medicines with psychedelics!

I have now changed some of my medicines now. My daily medication is:

150 mg Efexor</span> (Venlafaxine)

60 mg Remeron</span> (Mirtazapine)

2-4 mg Iktorivil</span> (Clonazepam)

25 mg Propavan</span> (Propiomazine)



And I have now tested some hallucinogens:



Bromo-DragonFly, 200 µg</span>

No effect at all, maybe the dose was to small. No hold-up with the medicines.



2C-T-4, 20 mg

</span>No effect at all. No hold-up with the medicines.



DXM, 750 - 2 000 mg

</span>This really works good! No hold-up with the medicines. Maybe I
need higher doses than normal, but it works. I got real skrewed up and
get visual hallucinations



LSD, 150 µg</span>

Yes, I got a piece of this little drug! Held up with the Remeron the
evening before, and the Efexor the actual day. But unfortunately, it
was not enough. I just felt some jitter in my body and got little
skrewed up in my head, but it was far less than a cannabis-trip! No
hallucinations at all

Venlafaxine (Effexor) is a serotonin and noradrenaline re-uptake inhibitor. Therefore any recreational drugs which have effects via the serotoninin systen (ie: MDMA, LSD and most RC's) will have little/no effect. You need a good wash out period from SSRI's and Venlafaxine before doing most recreationals (I'm talking 2-3 months, but this would obviously not be wise if you require them for psychiatric illness).


Mirtazipine also acts at noradrenergic and serotonergic neurones, therefore it would be reasonable to assume that it also has a deleterious effect on recreational drug effects.


Clonazepam is a benzo and so would be likely to reduce anxiety/paranoia from LSD (if you get any effect from the LSD at all: See below)


Propiomazine is an atypical antipsychotic drug which acts at dopamine, histamine type I, muscarinic and serotonin 2 receptors: Again this means that you will get virtually nothing/nothing at all from the vast majority of recreational drugs (I know nothing about DXM or how it works).


MY concern would be you taking all these pharmaceuticals and playing lab-rat with yourself with the recreationals: Especially as the recreationals just aren't going to work in the way you want them to.


Talk to your doctor about your recreational use: You might find them more sympathetic than you imagine.
