What's the best amount of codeine to take for recreational use ?

I can get 50 mg codeine pills.

i'd say around 100mgs but i've heard of it being pretty nice even with a 50mg....i know some ppl tht have done up to 200mgs at a time...200 is pushing it tho soif its your first time then go with around 80-100mgs

I used 210mg but that really blows your mind, i worked my way up from 30 then to 90 then to 210.


They main problem i found with codeine was the day after you really do not feel very good at all.

I usually go for about 100mg, give or take 20mg. That way the effect won't knock you out straight away, and you should feel fine in the morning. The major disappointment with codeine for me is you wake up nice and mellow the next day but when you snap out of it and feel all energetic again, it's a tad frustrating.
