Yes. You would be able to smell it though, and the chances of somebody wasting their opium on you is slim to none. Do you smell something very strong and like flowers? If yes, there may be opiun present, but no fret, it's not a big deal.

my gf i learned one time was so stoned out of her mind that one time she got weed laced with opium and could not tell the differnece because her smell senses were to over taken by the weed its self

I had some solid once, and by the end of the night couldent stop itching a mate told me it could be laced with DF's, weather or not thats true i have no idea.
