I suppose it could work. I'm now sure what effect salvia would have while tripping on LSD, however if you're rolling quite hard, the shock element off the salvia hit could put some real pressure on your heart considering you will also be on E. I would just leave the salvia out of it altogether until you have come down off the E.

I would not recomend mixing any of the MDMA style drugs with anything else at all.

It's definitely safe. Do it if you want. I've never wanted to smoke salvia while on MDMA, and never dared to while on acid.
