unbelievable sexual side-effect

Many years ago I was watching an investigative reporting show (Dateline or 20/20 or something) and they did an article about a prescription medication that was for woman. I can't remember what the prescription drug was or why they were taking it, but a certain percentage of the woman on it would experience a most unusual side-effect. Whenever they yawned they would have an orgasm. I swear to God I'm telling the truth! I remember this one lady being interviewed, she said she couldn't wait for a yawn to start going around the office.


I'm not joking! Does anyone else remember hearing about this?

Yes. I do. It was a tricyclic benzodiazepine related to elavil. To wit - an antidepressant. I forget the name now, but I was very amused/interested at the time. Worked on men and women as I recall. How much do you want to bet that it was taken off the market? "Oh Doctor! This pill makes me feel so tired! Ohhhhh!!! I need a refill!"
