my great plan

here is my plan. get money. buy an aircraft carrier from a 3rd world
nation that only has one and is piss poor. anchor it in international
waters. convert it into a theme park for using psychedelic drugs with
psychedelic alice in wonderland stuff and big fiberglass amanita
mushrooms. then i would grow weed, shrooms, opium poppies, mescaline
cacti, dmt containing plants, salvia, and run an acid and ecstasy lab
in the bottom decks, and sell it to the visitors. i would have a limit
of how many people could be there at one time so it would stay chill
and you have to leave after a while so others can come. this is my
great plan. it would be much easier on land, but then you would get
shut down. what, pray tell, is YOUR GREAT PLAN?

International Waters ... not safe any more.


Years ago, the US government decided that it could flex its anti-Drug muscle outside of its territorial waters. The Coast Guard routinely stops ships on the High Seas, looking for drugs, although most of their efforts are in the Americas (especially watching sea-craft from Columbia).


If you plan to float near Australia or Africa, you will be much safer. But don't make too much noise about it, or Uncle Sam will go out of his way to "Protect the USA from the scourge of drugs" (which means: "Don't make us look bad, or we will kick your ass.").


When this Carrier becomes operational, don't post it here . . . just post it in the Sources section. This will keep the news quiet (and, all of the Gold members will be first on board). Thank you.


My Great Plan: Since Canada's marijuana laws are a lot easier than US laws, I want Canada to invade the US. After they take over Washington, it will be easy to convince the Congress to vote to legalize Marijuana. After the laws are changed, they can pack up and head home. My great plan:

Same as polloloco's but have it in my back garden and have it all to myself. Like that episode of South Park where Cartman buys a theme park all for himself.

I agree with Solidly-here's Canada plan 100%. They also have ecstasy in
Schedule III instead of I, so that you can use it on prescription (if i
recall correctly).



My plan: Go into the ocean and gradually bring in massive ammounts of
mud to a fenced in area, and when i say massive ammounts i mean it. Put
it all together and keep adding to it until you form your own island
where you create all the laws. Unlikely I know, so the backup plan is
find your own island like that guy who found his own island.

we could also emigrate masively to some contry like Tonga Kingdom or another little island and found a pro-drug party in order to legalize it all, it requires less money from a sigle person so it might be esaier to achieve. My only doubt is how many people would emigrate to the island after the tsunami.
