Opinions - Dont like Xanax-cyclobenzaprine?

I just found some cyclo in the back of the cabinet. First of all its expired by a few years, is it still good to take? Second, I have tried xanax in the past and did not enjoy it too much. Basically I just got so tired and groggy that I ended up with amnesia and just fell asleep. Is cyclo worth trying in my case. I have looked up some trip reports on erowid, but they seem similar to the xanax ones. Any insight will be appreciated.

Second of all...I have found Flexeril to be nothing like Xanax. I
had none of the "calmness" I would associate w/Xanax. At the same
time, I was relaxed as all hell. If you just want a completely
relaxed muscular type feeling, then by all means eat some
Cyclobenzaprine. I like it.

umich, i have been eating 7.5oxy/500apap's (several) as well as alot of flexeril the past two days. i can tell you the combo makes me so relaxed physically that i can't help but cat nap, it is a lucid semi-dream like state. i did this morning eat only flexeril and no oxy til evening and it gave me no mental high but a very nice sedation. you may just get tired, and it sucks that xanax doesn't get you where you want to be. try again, i know so many people who get social on xanax)


i think all downers kind of depend on how you tweek the high, like for me eating hydrocodones can go either way (up or down). might even like a combo like 7.5hydro/1mgxanax/10mgflexeril

So to make it clear -- I have never experienced any euphoria or
emotional high from Flexeril. But it does make your body hella
relaxed. As long as you aren't expecting a euphoric high, I
recommend it.

I took 30 mg's within an hours time. It was between 1 and 2am. I felt tired and a slight relaxed feeling in my body (although some of this feeling was due to the fact that it was already late). Im guessing the feeling wasnt stronger because the pills were 5 years old. Nothing special, won't try it again. Thanks for the info guys.
