Don’t know what to do

My boyfriend and I got a few bags of this really harsh dope. I don't know what it was cut with, but we did a bunch and I think i missed the vein and muscle-popped a couple of times. Anyway, now my arm is REALLY REALLY sore and red and there's a huge bump on the area around where I did it. I don't know if this is something I should just sit back and hope it goes away or if something's really wrong. Any medical-type advise would be helpful. Thanks.

sometimes this can happen when you miss the vein and has happened to me lots of times when I was using...it usually goes away but yours sounds a little more serious, I'd go to a doctor and get it checked out, just in case.
