Every time swim has been to the dam they have always had to pop into La Canna at least once. It is a good atmosphere even if it is a bit of a tourist trap but still the place is colourfull enough.The smoke is good and swim didn't find it too over priced compared to some other well known coffeeshops tho it has been a couple of year since swim was last there and no doubt prices may well have jumped. Swim especially enjoyed the tiger print sofas. The last time swim was there, it was 10am and swim and his entourage had the full english which came with chips(or fries for people in the U.S.A) and was washed down with several cups of chiqory coffee. Then swim went upstairs and bought some beautifull white tiger and cabbaged on the couches with said greenery and full stomach. Excellent.

There are far better coffeeshops without a doubt but La Canna is defo in swims top 5 in amsterdam
