Synesthesiac I agree with you that line is hillairious one of my favourites. I luckily had the chance to go to one of his book signings in the London Waterstones where he read out a few parts of the book and that was one of the parts he read out. Not only is it very funny to read but Russell is such a good racounter (sp?) it was even more amusing listening to him tell the story!
