As far as potential MAOI, 2C-T-2 has been successfully combined with MDMA on various occasions between a raver I know and his friends. He also sends this description of 2C-T-2.
For reference the low dose is 10-15 mg and the high doses are 35-40mg
2C-T-2 is a trip that has very little paranoia or irrational thought. In your mind you're giggling and laughing and having a good time, even though it's hard to make sense out of everyday sensory information. The inability to make sense out of information increases with dose as other effects overpower the normal senses.
Visually 2C-T-2 adds extra colors and saturates colors at low doses. At high doses the user will see rainbows across the entire field of vision. Not a traditional rainbow shape, more like the entire color spectrum one sees when CD's are held up to light. The little spectrums with repeat everywhere and happen across the whole field of vision.
Textures warp and change even at low doses. At higher doses 3D perception fails to occur as the entire field of vision warps with itself.
At low doses trails follow every object similar to mescaline and with lights even more so. At medium to high doses the entire world can trail itself as the user moves his eyes or head. (very interesting and disorienting+++)
Immense closed eye visuals happen at any dose. The rainbow spectrum effects happens at the close-eye visual level as well. Oriental rug effects and tessellation effects are common.
Physically one loses coordination from using this drug and can stumble around if not careful. Dexterity with hands is GREATLY reduced. So much so that my raver friend has yet to type out a trip report just because using hands are too tedious to convey thoughts at a pace conducive to typing. Text messaging can take 10-15 minutes for basic messages like, "The music in the upstairs room of the club is much better"
The come-up can be as short as 20 minutes to as long as an hour and a half, varying from person to person with body mass not playing a factor. During the come up the stomach gets pulled up a little bit creating an amount of nausea through the whole trip which constitutes the body load. To my account no user associated through my raver friend has felt necessary to vomit as a result of the body load. Also during the come-up there is a nervous twittery energy. This can either be heightened through positive enforcement into all out euphoria, or become panicky and overwhelming to the inexperienced people.
The main effects last between 6-10 hours, for some reason the trip has lasted longer with each successive ingestion of the chemical with slight effects lasting past 12 hours in the last trip.
Tripping in public is fine, as long as tripper is in an environment where tedious and complicated tasks can be avoided. There is a drive to be around people and be social. The user will be smiling a LOT and laughing a LOT-similar to shrooms but in my friend's opinion even moreso.
If there are any questions that need posing, my friend and his friends combined have tripped at least 50 times on this chemical, heartily recommend it, and can yield anymore information not presented here. Overall there have been two trips that could be labelled as unpleasant or bad, those were done by people who were mentally in a state where they would have had a bad trip from anything and have been repeatedly warned about exposing their minds to psychedelic trips. Outside of that, every trip has been extremely pleasing leaving the person readily wanting to trip again.
