The health chapter is somewhat detailed, it gives a bit of info on the pharmacology of heroin, it doesn't give alot of info that would be very useful for the day to day heroin user health wise. Its not the most comprehensive book, as in it doesn't go into huge detail in any one section but rather mentions alot of things.

To be totally honest I don't remember much discussion of social aspects, there were some facts about heroin use among different age groups if i remember correctly but no in depth discussion.
