Swim chopped the pill in three pieces, and threw it down with a glass of water.

My friend's imaginary friend has pretty heavy ADHD. He was originally prescribed 70 milligrams of vyvanse ( lisdexamphetamine ). However he was brought down to 50 mg's to reduce social inhibition. SWIM is prescribed 15mg of Adderall IR 2xs a day and Prozac 20mg once a day. It has recently come to her attention that Adderall and Prozac together can be a dangerous combination. Why would SWIM's doctor prescribe her both of those drugs if it is dangerous for them to be taken together?
