Ambien relapse?

I'm in NA right now & I was just wondering if taking Ambien would count as a 'relapse'.

I took the prescribed dose but I have an amazing tolerance so I ended
up seeing stuff & I just feel kinda guilty about it but I don't
know if it counts officially or not.</font>

I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. As long as you didn't take it recreationally. If you are worried about it just don't take it again.

It was prescribed and you were not seeking recreational effects, you shouldn't feel guilty and no it wasn't a relapse.



You wouldn't feel guilty if you had a bad case of the flu and had fever dreams so you shouldn't feel guilty over this.
