I recently downloaded a pdf file called The Harm Reduction Guide To Coming Off Psychiatric Medications, but I could not open it. I was wondering if anybody else has read this, and how informative if at all it is.

Hi there, I am the author (with a number of collaborators) of the Harm Reduction Guide to Coming off Psychiatric Drugs. I hope you find it useful (and if you have any suggestions to change and improve it, we're inviting feedback for a second edition).
