Just wanted to see some peoples favorite beer recipes
mine is
10lbs brithis 2-row3/4 lb crystal 60 1lb munich 1lb flaked barley1/1/2 oz fuggles 90min of boil last 15minutes 1/2 challenger+1/2 east kents and irish moss last 10 minutes 1/2 east kents last 5 minutes 3/4 east kents ferment in primary for 7 days place in secondary with 1/2 east kents for dry hop for two weeks
prime with 3/4 cups ofcorn sugar
makes a nice ale
