ABG 15 - Mophine Sulfate CR questions (Administration)

Swim stumbled across 4 of these 15mg beauties. They are controlled release. Is the CR the same as an OxyContin, where the outside coating can be washed off? Swim enjoys insuflating opiates (OC80's are yummy), but is unsure of how to take these.
