How to find out which enzymes effect drugs?

Over on the Temple, this guy made a post of opiate potentiation. He basically studied all the enzymes that broke down opiates and figured out how to clog them w/ different drugs. It was very interesting, and actually useful and practical in swims experience.

Now, swim wants to find out every enzyme that effects all his drugs of choice. He thinks he can apply the same logic that this guy did and do it.

He googled the names of his drugs and enzymes, but couldn't find anything.

Would someone mind pointing him in the right direction?

He was looking for MA,MDMA, cocaine, and ketamine (he already knows opiates.)

Hm, it seems like CYP450 and its CYP2D6 are the main enzymes for metabolizing dope.

It looks like clogging this will help the highs from several drugs?

CYP450 is a class of enzymes. CYP2D6 is a particular enzyme in this class. I have compiled quite a bit of data on metabolism of many drugs (mainly CYP450-oriented). I'll post it in the near future when it starts looking a bit organized/understandable.

Re: How to find out which enzymes effect drugs?

It could work for some drugs, be ineffective for others, and be dangerous for some. This also depends on dosage of both the "clogger" (inhibitor) and the drug. Please don't attempt anything without doing your research.
