This might sound like a dumb question but how long usualy does it take
for the withdrawl symptoms to set in after you stop use? Like
depression and things of that sorts. Ill be clean for 3 days and feel
alright, small cravings but they only last a couple seconds and i try
to dismiss them. I have never felt depressed coming down only the
occasional "hunger for more".
Ill give you a little backround into my use I suppose.
Been sniffing for about 3 months almost every day but never more then a
gram a day prolly .7 the most. About 4-5 lines a day. Small ones I
think too.
Im pretty sure thats enough to be addicted though of course I would
hope not. But im trying to be real here and i do enjoy my blow http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/smileys/smiley9.gif.
Also as a bonus question while im here.
Do you ever feel real sick or real shitty and paranoid during a
comedown if you do too little. Like starting off a session with a bump,
But then if you take a bigger line or a nicer amount the comedown feels
alot nicer?
I appreciate any responses guys. Thx alot in advance.

Generally, symptoms set in (if they're going to) within a few days. Symptoms are mostly from brain chemistry being thrown off, but it's hard to tell how much of it is psychological & how much physical (not that it really matters).
You can probably expect more... SWIM tends to get various symptoms in lesser degrees up to about the 3-week point. After that, it sorta feels like he's out from under its thumb. If you can completely forget about cola & get involved in other things, it really helps.
A bit off topic, but it's possible to get sudden, strong cravings for cola even years after you stop using it. Worth preparing yourself for if you plan on staying away long term, as long as you expect cravings & know it's normal... they go away pretty fast, as you've noticed.Edited by: Nicaine
SWIM's last coke use was Nov 16th. He is sober ever since and very happy so far. Lately, SWIM's been sick with some cough, runny stuffy nose - possibly a cold or a flu and has experienced shortness of breath which SWIM wrote 2 threads about. Some nights SWIM would be just laying on bed and his heart starts to beat very fast out of nowhere - making him paranoid and the anxiety hits him which worsens his short of breath. His S.O.B still needs to be checked and evaluated by a doctor. Swim feels fine ever since he quit. He used coke regularly for about a year maybe a little bit more, and did have a high tolerance. Ever since he quit using, he does get some small cravings for the drug - and he recently started going to the gym, eating healthy and getting back on the right track ( swim is an ex bodybuilder ). Swim knows cocaine withdrawals can cause anxiety attacks, etc so how long does this last before he can feel completely good.
Thanks for the help :vibes:
depends how long one have been using.
for swim after using for a couple of days the "Craving" sets at 9 days and lasts for 2-3 and then is gone.
as everything, dont dig your self into a hole you cant get out
How the heck can swim deal with unpleasant euphoria he gets from time to time also paranoia ? Is this something that will permanently stay with him or what. Nov 16th last day he used - SWIM was a weekend coke user...but when he's using he's using.. talk about high tolerance - few grams, 8 ball a night. He is at work right now, feels very restless, very paranoid, heart starts to beat fast out of nowhere.

Cravings, that can be accompanied by rapidly increasing heart rate and profuse sweating can happen at any time, and for a long time after SWIY quits using. The good news is that they usually become less frequent and less pronounced as time marches on.
The severity and frequency will also depend upon your mental health and general wellbeing, the duration of your use, and your method of administration. NIK quit IV coke 18 months ago, and still gets intense cravings once in a while, but the pronounced physical symptoms have disappeared.

Swim never injected or smoked, just sniffed. Swim can't say how long he used as he never kept a time track on it - he would roughly say for about a year maybe a little bit more - on the weekends. He is an ex bodybuilder, so he is not your average looking guy. He did have tolerance and did finish few 8 balls in one night. He never overdosed but was close to doing so. He also did about 6 cycles of anabolic steroids before and just lately he feels like his health is not so good. Maybe he is just hypochondriac.
SWIM wants to add that he is not getting any cravings at all...cravings such as wishing to use cocaine. ? How can SWIY describe these cravings. Mental cravings (thinking about coke, using it) or physical cravings such as paranoia, faster heart rate, panic/anxiety attacks etc ?
swim has never had actuall physical cravings as well (and swim also is an athlete), just be patient they will go away, excercise helps, lift those fucking bars ya know?:P
Epote, SWIM was 229lbs with 7% BF and his strength was amazing. Coke is actually the factor SWIM is now about 190lbs with maybe 13% BF and his strength is nowhere to be found. SWIM just recently got back in the action with some light cardio, and some non-heavy weight training.
Thanks for the help
damn brother why did you do that to SWIY?:P
swim is not a bodybuilder, he is another type of athlete though swim has managed a solid 82lbs 8% body fat, though he has athletes (some of them bodybuilders) with far more impressive statistics.
Actually swim is much more able to control and even forget cocaine while on androgens.
I read somewhere that you can snort Ketamine while trying to stop coke. I will see if i can source the link or if anyone else ran into this article as well?
