Frustrated

So I used to take a lot of MDMA and XTC, I played around with other things, tried a fair amount of shit but only ever really used MDMA and XTC regularly.

The other day having not taken anything in about 6 months, I got drunk at a party and ended up doing some coke (which I've tried several times before). The next day I felt really weird, really spaced out and disconnected, I thought no more of it. Anyways I've recently got into running and weight training, after these sessions now I seem to get the same kind of disconnected, spaced feeling and I get these odd little pleasure shiver type things. It then started happening the day after I'd been drinking and for the last couple of days I've felt like it from the moment I've woken up.

Things that have changed recently:

About one month ago I split up with my girlfriend which was a very stressful time for me.

Around this time I took up running and training.

I also started drinking a lot more though only at bars n shit with my friends, but 3-4 days a week sometimes.

I did this coke at a party having not taken anything in a while.

Since I pretty much have stopped taking anything and thought I was done with this kinda stuff, I'm really frustrated and would like to hear people's opinions on this. Is this something that's likely to be permanent?

Oh and I also find myself grinding my teeth together, chewing the inside of my mouth, wagging my feet, stroking shit subconsciously - The kind of shit you do whilst high on MDMA.

SWIM isn't much of an expert on neurotoxicity, and doesn't have nearly enough knowledge about SWIY's situation and drug history, but if SWIY wants his opinion:
it may be psychosomatic.

Keep in mind, SWIM isn't trying to belittle the situation, but he believes it may be a monumental case of mind over matter. Keep a journal for a few months?
