kadian 50mg advice??

swim has always been a hydocodone patient. friend of swim has kadian 50mg , swim hears its morphine and swim never has had any experiances with this. so swim has no idea how much to take , how to take it to feel .

can someone explain the diffrent effects at diffrent doses:

50mg=

100mg=

200mg= etc......

SWIM also has a friend with KADIAN only the 100mg and yes they are morphine...

Now, SWIM's 100mg KADIANS were in capsule form and had rattling beads inside.. Open the capsule very carfully and SWIM started out splitting the beads into 4 piles which was 25mg per dose.. Then SWIM wanted a better buzz.. So he split them into 3 piles.. After a while longer eventually into just 2 piles..

Once seperated into the desired dosage.. SWIM would chew the beads from whatever dosage of pile he wanted up until every bead had popped.. Nasty at first but worth it RIGHT AWAY! Instant BUZZ SWIM says.. Warm tingling feeling rushing down SWIMs head and neck then BLISS! ENJOY

how much does swim weigh and how long does this last? my friend weighs around 115 and has 60 mg. it's also illadvised to eat the actual beads

If it is ill advised for one to eat the actual beads then why would the beads be in something one would ingest anyway? Seems rather illogical.

The reason for it being in a bead form is in an effort to try and stop people from extracting the morphine from it to shoot. The beads are nothing more than a simple wax if one is not mistaken. If the beads are crushed then all it is doing is destroying its time release action. The wax when heated is supposed to trap the morphine because the wax will expand. If heated enough the wax will melt but this will also usually take the morphine past its safe temperatures in some cases thus destroying some of the morphine.

Morphine has a fairly bad oral bioavailability as compared to other orally ingested opiates but it is still pretty good. One could always try stickin' it up the blurter for a better effect, but this is a matter of preference (not SWIMs preference because he cannot bring himself to stick things in his ass).

Here is what SWIM does with any kadian.

Empty the beads into a shot glass and get something that will smash the beads easily. They can be tricky, you can't just break them down with a credit card. SWIM said a lighter can crush them pretty good as well as a kitchen knife with no blade.

Once broken up into a powder, swim would proceed to mix the pill with X ml of water and divide up the dose like that. For instance, if swim has 100mg pills, he would mix with 5ml water and shoot 2.5ml up his ass for a dose of 50mg. Save the rest for later, but not too long, because SWIwe all know opiates generally don't stay around too long.

Swim always injected Kadians, and even if you choose to ingest the morphine orally (okay swim guesses, but the morphine rush/high from IV is amazing, even at low doses) swim thinks you should break the beads up first. That way, you could maybe mix them with something else to kill the taste, faster absorption to take the whole dose at once than crunching a few beads at a time, swim dunno. Anyway, the best way swim found to do it was to pour the beads out onto a hard surface (careful, they bounce like a motherf--ker), then group them all close together. Take a dollar bill, cover the beads, then spread the dollar bill tight with your fingertips, putting pressure on all sides of dollar bill. Then, just take a lighter and the pound the hell out of the beads through the dollar bill. Five or six good hits and you'll have them broken down to a nice, almost fine powder.

Wax remains, but you can add room temperate water without applying heat to get a morphine solution separate from the wax.

after you crush the morphine beads, could you insulfate them, or put them back into the capsule? and if you could get it back into the pill, how would you seal it back? just by using a lighter and slightly melting it?

Swim does not suggest trying to put the powder back into the pill and then melting it with a lighter to try and seal it.. The best bet is just to take it however you are going to with whatever method you choose.. Swim does not reccomend snorting it, but then again everyone does their own thing.. Swim would just split the beads from a 100mg kadian into 3 or 4 doses and then would just put the beads into his mouth, and then just use his front teeth to pop open the beads and release the (good stuff).. This worked for him..

swim has a 60mg kadian, and just wants to know his alternitives to getting rid of the time release, but without injection, since A)swim isnt ready for something of that level, and B)seringes are near impossible to find

The beads are a wax, using heat will separate the wax from the Morphine in a small amount of water (like in a spoon). Filter the solution out using a syringe (available at almost ALL chemists for diabetes patients if SWIyou ask).

One uses the syringe in the same way as all pill extractions, suck the liquid up into the syringe using a small balled bit of cotton, make sure SWIyou dont push the needle all the way through the cotton as it will not filter then.

After this has been done, one can then just squirt the liquid into their mouth (woah, liquid Morph!) LOL

Alternatively, SWIyou can use heat to separate the wax from the morphine, wait for the solution to cool and the wax will solidify and be separate from the solution. Then CAREFULLY using some fine tweezers take the solidified layer of wax off the top of the liquid (SWIyou WILL loose some of the morphine here because the wax will be wet) and VIOLA! liquid morph again . . . chug chug.

Yes, if the beads were crushed first to expose the morphine. The best way to do this is to put the beads on something flat, cover it with wax paper or cooking paper (even normal paper will work) and use something to smash the shit out of the beads. This will stop the beads from flying about the room (which IS what will happen if SWIyou do not cover it with something).

Another good way is to cover it with one of the suggested papers and use a rolling pin over it.

the rolling pin does sound like a good idea, or even use something like a pen. and how would the bioavailibility compare after the beads are crushed to snort them?

One thinks that the bioavailability would become the same as what morphines usual bioavailability is when snorted once the time release has been eliminated.

ok, swim almost got it all down...
step 1) break open capsule, and then crush the beads
step 2) get the powder(?) into a spoon and cook
step 3) once they sepperate suck up the 'phine
step 4) injest

but what swim doesn't know is once you break the bedes, is it liquid morphine inside? and when you cook it, does the 'phine just sit on top of the wax, and then the wax dries with no 'phine in it? sorry for all the almost stupid questions, but swim's just trying to get the best bang for his buck, and to help his friends clear their minds of ignorance and intolerance, and to let them be smart about quality, quantity, and methods

SWIM has recently had a 3 month "lay-off" from hydro's and methadone. SWIM's doc put this person on Kadian 30 mgs. SWIM would have been perfectly happy with just the norco. SWIM wondered why, then, the Kadian??

SWIM did a search for Kadian and found that some study had been done on posts/message boards and what drugs SWIus are talking about. Kadian was the least mentioned. SWIM figures that is why the doc ordered Kadian. Anywho, SWIM has been smoking MJ to deal with pain during the lay-off.

SWIM has never been on morphine of any kind before and wonders if it is safe to smoke with it. Thank you!!
