What's the perfect drug? After reading a lot of articles in the BLTC website I am curious. What is the perfect drug, the one that will elliminate suffering and cause human happiness to thrive on continuosly. What drug could possibly create happiness? Would it be artifical happiness? In the idea that drugs can do many things, ruin people and enlighten people who are trapped in the same constrant repetition- a drug is a door-opening into another dimenesion. But what of these studies on DMT and the release of it after death? How do drugs relate to our God? Reading that Shakespear was likely to have been inspired by his weed. Or the lsd inspiring painting that people produce. When SWIM is at an all time low, no inspiration, no words, thoughts float on by and pass on through....she seeks drugs to answer her problems. Even if the experiences are phenomenal, they get forgotten. And her memorires memory dreams that play on in this world. What is the meaing of a Perfect Drug? Or all the other possibilities> questions we ask ourselves. What is it that motivates a writer to write? When you are washed away and everything create is a black-shadow, it doesn't fit in. Would the perfect drug cure this inspirational loss? Could it cure the sudden lack of motivation, the inabilility to once again produce profound stories and world out of one single mind. We need a dose of psychosis in this drug. The perfect drug, One that changes everything...which cures evil and suffering. What drug causes so much love that there is no possible way the man will kill another because he has a brain, full of thought- full of millions of mysteries. Are the mysteries here for their own sake or for ours? Is god watching the ignorant fall and picked then up. The reason we fall is because we must learn to evolve, we must make up our own minds, together, individually. To stop and change waht has been going on. How can be sit around and varopize into noothing but we are something more. How can we get there. What our are tools. We have hands, we have eyes, and brain that think and calculate and create more progress. And progress is the future. But here, at a time still. What is progress. Living life is progress, but to living to what extent. We need to capture this moment and find out who is living outside our world, we must give, and to giving i devote myself...and to finding, that Perfect Drug, the one that's so ignored, so mass-produced, too bland, too sweet, to curious,
that love we seek. Is this the perfect drug.

that perfect drug is living :) with al it's up's and downs! it's the best roll you have ever been on man you just got to realise that if you ask me...
there is no good without evil and the other way arround... so perfect doesnt exist...

Perfect drug can't excist because if it does, it defies life. If everybody was on the perfect drug, what would be the point of living? I don't know how to express my thought, so i hope you get it lol.

It is sort of all over the place. Kind of a philisophical rant then. But I still think that the perfect drug is a personal thing- What would your perfect drug be? Or do? I think mine would cure my apathy, make me think more productively and draw less blanks. I wouldn't be so sporadic. It would cure this problem effectively, and then cure all my other problems too.

Some people have lives that are enjoyable and full of experiences. Others don't have these wonderful lives. To say life, in and of itself is the perfect drug...then maybe I should rephrase it. The Perfect Fix.

I have to say that finding a perfect drug in my mind is impossible for two reasons.
One you can't generalize billions of people into one category
Whats the perfect car, house, wife/husband, vacation (ask any of those question to billions of people and your sure to get different answers).
and secondly different chemicals/drugs/and compounds give different effects to different people. Some people love crack, others meth, some people just love a joint and couldn't even begin to think of using either of those drugs. Some people are in pain and love the effects of heroin, but your daily alcohol and tobacco lover may never be able to comprehend this.
the truth is everyone is different yet were all the same and the sooner we realize this the sooner the world will be a much better place.
Perfect drug.....no such thing. Different strokes for different folks im afraid. Perfect drug would imply no adverse side effects......there is no such thing. And if love is a drug it's far from perfect.....with drawl from it can be hell.

sorry for the long rambling. Swim often wonders the effects of heroin. Would it make the pain go away? Swim has tried vicodin and it made her feel much more free-spirited, like floating...but swim is really just wondering what others' opinions would be of their perfect drug, not THE perfect drug.

Hmmm....one that gives nice people ongoing samadhi (euphoria). And makes shitheads glow in the dark.
Work out each day.
Eat well.
Herbal enhancements.
Live in a peaceful setting with beauty and nature all around.
Come to acceptance with yourself that life and everything in it isn't perfect.
All that combined does create the perfect high in my eyes.
Nothing beats looking your best, being strong (psychically and mentally), having a few natural things to get a buzz, whilst relaxing without an ounce of worry, surrounded by the beauty of nature.
Toss in love and good sex, and there you go.
Even if all that gets taken away or you are far from it, you can work up to it, in most cases. The ingredients to this recipe of drug is, figuring out how your going to do it.

Mescaline and Cannabis are the most perfect drugs swim's ever incountered,they just make you feel perfect and complete.like the above posts everyswim is different so swim guesses there never will be a 'perfect drug', but you never know there is no end to chemistry like life

There is no such thing as a "perfect drug" - unless somebody somewhere invented a drug which reads the mind of a person and guessed what sorta experience that person wanted, and gave them exactly that.
Otherwise - individual taste and right of choice are the perfect drugs. Also, no drug makes human civilisation totally happy.
