An old study of Shamans and Curanderos showed psilocybe mushrooms caused aging - though not of the mind. Just external features. They still lived a long life.

Yage (Ayahuasca) was shown to keep people looking young.

In actuality if you are talking about life expectancy, behavior matters much less than you think. Smoking (tobacco) takes about seven years off your life expectancy, obesity around five and heavy drinking around four. Hard drug use may take off around nine, but that is almost all because of its correlation with irresponsible behavior like early death by violence or accidental overdose. Responsible illicit drug use is much easier on the body than tobacco or alcohol abuse.

In actuality aging is very strongly dominated by your genes. If your grandparents lived a long time, you probably will too, no matter what you do. And if they didn't, cross your fingers that our next president doesn't think that stem-cell research is the work of Satan and that the Earth was created in 7 days.
