Mixing H and hydromorphone

Can someone use heroin and then hydromorphone at the same time? Risks/

SWIM has used heroin on top of her regular fentanyl & codeine, any combo with H is risky, it's probably not to be recommended so SWIY should proceed with caution.

In SWIM's country H is cut with just about anything imaginable. SWIM has seen people cut H with prescription pain killers including, Morphine / oxycodone / codine / tramadol etc. If they can get it into a powder form they will do it. SWIM has also seen people cut it with all sorts of things, which include the following.

Valium and other benzo's like oxazapam etc, sodium, glucose, talcum powder, just about any pill that can be pulled appart and has a powder in it, paracetamol, sugar, and the worst of all . . . .
kitty litter . . . .
One time it was even taken from a kitty box that had been used! . . . .

If one were to get a chemical analysis of what they had from the streets one would more than likely to be surprised at what they have actually got in their lil balloon.

SWIM was sickened by alot of what he saw and that is the main reason for why he gave H away, although he in no way judges others whom may use. But since SWIM was quite well off and well connected, he knew alot of the RIGHT wrong people (if you get ones drift) and he usually got what he got before it was jumped on (that he knew of). Thats not to say that it was not previously jumped on already, One will never know really.

So swim recently had an adventure where he dumped a decent sized bag of H because he thought he was getting pulled over by cops, and was stoned out of his mind, in addition to having pipes and scales on him. He recently had just picked up the H and weed and was on his way home.

Long story short, he dumped 90% of the bag. He snorted what he had left, a sad little bump, and got nothing out of it. He then proceeded to snort a 2mg hydromorphone pill. He usually does 4-6mg at a time. He SIGNIFICANTLY felt the 2mg pill, like it was 4mg. Swim does not believe this to be placebo either.

Swim will do more mixing of the two (very safely and slowly, of course) and report back.

If you know the potency of the bag you have, you should be able to do it. SWIM would imagine that it would make the rush much stronger if you were IV'ing it.

and since I am a n00b and cannot edit my post, the only way dilaudid aka hydromorphone is good, is when it is slammed. Its pretty useless other ways. The bioavailability is horrible, and theres no rush to top it off.
