first id start off by sucking off the outer coating of the pill untill u get to where u can see the 3 parts of the pill than cut it at the line where the white/yellow meets the dark colored part and throw away that dark part then cut the other half longways like a hot dog bun and simply peel away the waxy coating and throw that stuff away and then grind it and theres ur snortable powder. very simple

Snorting it gives a really nice, but short lived high. You guys should read up on it more. I usually did 54mg up the schnozz when i reguarly got these. You just have to peel apart the outside casing, and cut the brown sponge like thing off, then crush the powder, and you're good to go.
