well, i know they are illegal in the states.. what about europe ? i live in greece...is it legal to eatthemis it legal to grow them in your house ?,wot about sellin' them ?
Greece falls under the UN convention on psychotropic drugs of 1971. This means, like in all UN countries, if there are no additional laws on magic mushrooms, psilocybe mushrooms are legal and can be legally sold, and grown. I do not know if there are additional laws applicable in Greece.

No, they define which drugs are controlled under the national druglaws made as a result of the convention. Mushrooms are not controlled by the UN convention. Therefore countries need to make additional laws to prohibit psilocybe mushrooms.
In the UK i believe that growing shrooms is legal, as is picking them and possesingthem. However cultivation and possesion ofcultivated shrooms is illegal
In the UK mushrooms are legal. The courts are to decide if a prepared mushroom is still a mushroom or a psilocybin containing preparation or product.
