Ritalin and benzos, personal experience

I saw a post about wanting more benzo with Ritalin info. Here ya go.
SWIM (I love that), is a 35 yr. white female with a history of approximately 15 years of various prescribed and "unprescribed" off/on drug use, mostly legal. Marijuana being the major choice over the yearsm though, I will admit. Only 3 weeks of coke use during life span. SWIM was mostly into downers in pill form, ingested orally. Xanaz, Valium, Codeine, Hydroxyzine, most of the benzos, "pams", etc. Other than that, SWIM has done shrooms a few times, but never veined anything in her life. Insufflating if possible was always a choice, but never an addiction. Oral was her game.
Many SSRI, uptakes, etc., but finally being bipolar diagnosed, with severe anxiety disorder, and ADD, SWIM found a great doctor who is trying her best out on:
30 mg. Ritalin 3-4 X per day.
3 .5 mg Xanax 3X per day.
Requip 2mg. 2 X per day.
Klonipin 2 mg. 3 X per day.
Metoclopramide 10 mg. 4 X per day. (for nausea)
Ambien 12.5 CR 1 X @ p.m.
and a generic steroid about 4 X per year for SWIM's lungs (breathing).

SWIM has spent THOUSANDS over 35 yrs. looking for the right combination, and after 3 months, this is working. SWIM is finally normal.
SWIM is in sales, and a musician, and artist... bad combination. SWIM was VERY manic most of her life. She now does not talk to much, yell, swear, scream, have anxiety or panic attacks, severe sweating episodes, bouts of nausea, etc. She also does not have any major "downing" or "Sexual" side effects from any of the above listed.

Abuse is great, for those who can deal with it maturely, but SWIM would suggest doing a lot of studying. SWIM likes to take the Ritalin and insufflate 20 mg, along with 1 K. and 1 Meto ever couple of weeks just for fun when she's alone and has no responsibilities, and has to drive nowhere. SWIM is a musician, so it really helps her writing, guitar, and mandolin playing. SWIM is also the mother of three teenage boys, and is a great mom, involved in many activities with them and their projects. SWIM has also found that Valium helps tremendously for back pain, when narcotics do not, especially for disc problems. (hint for those of you that need that.)
SWIM is still an everyday marijuana user, smoking 1/2 oz. per week, quitting for a couple of weeks or so every three months to retain the "high". (Medium grade mary jane) so I would imagine that contributes to the above combination.
As SWIM tells this, SWIM has taken the regular meds as prescribed, within the last thrity min., and has insufflated 20 mg. of R. as I have a long nite ahead of me with work in my office.
