does anyone know a site that lists the positive and negative effects that different drugs have on the body.

That's a very sweeping question and I don't know of any site specifically dedicated to going over various drugs and bodily impact. Best thing to do would probably be a google search on effect+body+(specific drug) going through each drug you're interested in. These are a couple of fairly lame looking links I saw searching body+drugs. You may also want to try the forum search engine.

Let us know if you do find a comprehensive site, or compiling resources would be great. I'll do some looking around when I have some more time to see if I can find anything better for you. Best source would be medical journals if you have access.

thegooddrugsguide.com is a cool source with information about a lot of drugs and vague descriptions about its effects on the body. Not sure about it's reliability though. They make a lot of drugs seem healthier than they really are.

The best source about drugs' effects on the body is right here on this forum. Ask about any drug in the right forum, and I'm positive you'll get the detailed answer you're looking for.
