Also known as Flupenthixol - brand name Depixol in the UK. One of the better tolerated typical antipsychotics ime, but still dirty, & A Certain Mouse would not recommend taking them without a stock of procyclidine or benzhexol to hand for any side effects (stiffening, etc).
Comes in yellow 3 mg tablets, recommended dose 3-9 mg bd (=twice a day) for psychosis, max dose 18/24 hours. If the tablets are a deeper pinky red colour they are not Depixol, but Clopixol - Zuclopenthixol, which comes in 2mg, 10mg, & 25mg tablets (all the same colour if A Certain Mouse remembers rightly). Again, high chance of EPSE's & dystonia with these meds - not recommended for recreational use.

Thank you, aside from the risks, do they have any positive recreational effects?
Antipsychotics have no recreational effects
