I was arrested for carying less than a dime back the other day and they gave me summons, i wanted to know if this goes into my record or not? im 18 bye the way and is it easy to get out of or not.
every case is different .. depends on lawyers you get, judge you get, who the prosecution and how their mood is the days theyll deal w your case ..

About a year ago Igot a possesion charge and violated my probation,and went to jail for a month.Then I went and got a background check and its clean.So I dont know what happened with mine.I've heard people say it could be because I served out my probated time,and others have said that its because only felonies go on background checks.All I know is its clean so i'm happy.

I know that if you're under eighteen, you can appeal to have whatever
the charge was purged from your record so I'm sure they can at least do
something similar. As <b>soer</b> said, though, it really
depends on your lawyers/judge/prosecution, etc.

You can plea it down to something lesser im sure. Even if it does go on your record, you can still pretty much do anything you want. If the president can do lines of coke like it aint no joke.. you can be an astronaught if you still want too.http://www.drugs-forum.com/forum/smileys/smiley36.gif
