SWIM has just swollowed "10" Restoril(temepam) capsules 30mg. Will post a complete report. Never taken 300mg's at once before. Hopefully SWIM will remember it well enough for a complete report lol. most SWIM has done is 150mg. Wish me luck.

That's quite a serious dose... what's the point of that high a dose of benzos? Beyond a certain point it should just increase certain effects like drowsiness/dizziness without adding much of any fun factor.
Edit -- in SWIM's experience, 4x-5x the normal dose pretty much maxes out any benzo... that would be like 90-120mg in this case. Here's wishing a good trip to the OP tho... stay out of the ER, man...
Hopefully SWIT has some tolerance to benzos otherwise the report will read...

Seriously boys n girls: Big doses of benzos are NOT big or clever. They are, in fact, fairly pointless recreationally.
Do NOT try this one at home.
Fortunately benzos are (relatively) safe in overdosage (when taken alone)

SWIM has been on Temazepam for some time. Well 300mg fucked SWIM up pretty bad. SWIM had really bad hand eye coord and felt drastically drunk. SWIM was only able to stay awake for about 4 hours. SWIM spent about 2 hours really out of it. Then to sleep SWIM went. Woke up about 7 hours later and still felt drastically benzoed. Surprisingly SWIM remembered most of it lol. SWIM felt almost like being invincable, its hard to explain. 300 is deffinitely not for a newb though. Play safely. SWIM has quite a tolerance to temazepam.

Quite a tolerance, eh? SWIM must be looking forward to the mother of all drug-withdrawls. Hoping for a pretty nurse in the rehab? Oh all the....

SWIM doesnt get withdrawals from temazepam. its half life is pretty short. not only that but SWIM gets 60 a month(30mg) and go through them fast. SWIM goes long periods, sometimes 3 weeks before a refill. no withdrawals. im surprised at this.

Swim has taken 300mg at once before (450mg in that same day) and its not worth it really a total waste if you ask Swim. Best dose is about 30-90mg for a nice buzz along with an opiate or a few beers with your mates. (even better save it for a coke, speed, xtc, comedown you feel brand new after) You'll sure get a nice head shock in about 5-6 hours when it wears off and not be able to sleep for the rest of the night hearing voices and seeing things. Have fun.
Swim finds 180 mg of temaz to be a perfect dose for him no sleep just a good relaxing time.
