Swim had a great time with alcohol and 36 mg's of ritalin last night. Swim had heard that drinking on ritalin helps one stay awake and enjoy it more, and they can say that this is kind of true.

Swim parachuted a concerta at about 9:00pm, and began pregaming thirty minutes later. Swim was weary of getting too drunk since alcohol and methylphenidate are diuretics (that is, they flush the water out of you and encourage dehydration) so Swim made sure not to over do it and drink plenty of water. For the booze, Swim had a shot or two or three of seventy proof stuff, and a mixed drink of vodka and apple juice. these were consumed over about an hour and a half.

because swim hadn't eaten anything that day (another reason for Swim to be careful) the methyl probably took hold quickly, but since Swim was buzzed from the booze they cannot precisely say at what time it took hold. It probably took hold at about 11pm, which is when Swim went to a dance party and started feeling really peppy. Swim was pretty much able to keep it up until 2am, drinking water throughout.

Swim did not experience any exhaustion from the dancing and booze, which was enjoyable. Swim also felt a little "clearheaded", which sounds odd because while Swim was certaintly drunk (and babbling on!) Swim didn't feel as... muggy. It's hard to explain. Swim's memories from that night are less fuzzy as they are from other drunken nights, but how much of that was due to the water and dancing is hard to tell.

Swim went to bed at about three thirty that morning, but due to noisy neighbors they were up early today. There is no hangover and only a bit of tiredness, probably from the early wake up and not a come down.

in related matters, whenever Swim uses methylphenidate they feel cold. every time Swim has used the stuff they are running to put on a sweater. Does this happen to anyone else?

Very interesting. My parrot also tried Methylphenidate for the first time and did it in combination with alcohol. It seems to be a good combination if one takes the proper safety measures.

My parrot is planning to do ritalin with GHB which is said to be a better combo. I'll report for him (he has trouble typing).

BTW my parrot never felt cold. He actually felt very hot. He leaves in a good climate and was september (north hemisphere).
