Ritalin LA info?

So swim has been using Adderall off and on as a study aid along with for recreational purposes. Swim recieved some free ritalin, focalin, and ritalin LA capsules. Swim knows about focalin and ritalin itself but knows very lil on the Ritalin LA caps. Swim found very little on the site so wants to ask some question.

Swim has a 30mg ritalin LA, if taken whole how will it release, and how long does it last?

If crushed how many mg total will be there... swim thinks its like adderall so its 30mg?

Is it snortable, since swim hears concerta isnt but this has lil balls like adderall and no gel cover like concerta?

Swim appreciates any info or suggestions, he is relatively new to ritalin. Right now swim just snorted 20mg focalin (=40mg ritalin) and took a 30mg ritalin LA oral. Feels good but is wondering for future refrence if the caps are snortable thanks

the 30mg la will be 30 mg if crushed.if swallowed whole it will be two doses of 15 mg about 3-4 hours apart.to crush the caps swim puts it on a glass table and gets a credit card puts the card on top of the pile of beads then puts his palm on top of the card and puts pressure down while moving back and forth.the rit will feel bunk comparerd to the focalin though...swim suggests smoking the focalin out of a lightbulb or on top of a bowl its such a rush!!and the smoke tastes suprisingly clean, like powdered sugar.if swiy smokes it do only a quarter of the beads at a time...its 10x stronger than popping, probably pretty close to injecting..now come all the "dont smoke pillz its bad" posts...
