Like today in the mornin SWIM woke up really happy and hasnīt done coke for 4 days! She woke up had breakfast (thing that never happens because SWIM has an eating dissorder) like a huge breakfast then went to the recording studio and recorded a really good song (no SWIM is not famous YET) Lol. Then went and had LUNCH with SWIMīS parents and then stayed at home pampering her mother. SWIM made her little sister eat soup (first time in life after 8 years of trying to feed the kid soup) and then went to the gym and didnīt got tired after 20 min. (actually SWIM didnt abuse of excercise either!) At night SWIM went to her gay friend party and had a blast. Had the best coke ever because SWIM thought she deserved it but didnt abuse of it and SWIM is still high and TOTALLY HAPPY. Everytime SWIM does coke she feel depressed and useless and is in the URGE to take the drug because she thinks she needs it. SWIM convinced herself that she DOESNT need coke to be soooo happy.
First time after 19 years SWIM feel like PARADISE even before coke.
Take a lesson kids there ARE things in life that make us happy and believed or not we dont see them coming. OPEN YOUR EYES and search carefully maybe happyness is in front of YOUR EYES
Keep it safe!

Thanks for that adictive_n (nice to hear good reports), I think excersize is extrememly underrated by people that use drugs, it really does make you feel better.
SWIM personally feels much better when he hasnt been abusing the charlie, but unfortunately it nags at you until you do it again.
Stay healthy :)

SWIM had an awesome night on charlie the other night. SWIM has been doing it for over a year but not loads: shortest period of time between doing it has been a week, longest has been a couple of months (have probably done it around 30 times in one year). It's different from other drugs but SWIM can't put his finger on it. SWIM has had more intense euphoria from E, but coke is so . . . sweet. It just hits the spot and gives SWIM an overwhelming sense of pleasure, contentment and confidence. Sometimes it does nothing, but recently SWIM has been learning how to appreciate it (not just wanting to get fucked up). So anyway, ever since last Saturday SWIM has been thinking a lot about how nice coke is and keeps thinking about (almost fantasising about) doing it in different certain situations. SWIM doesn't feel physically any worse for not having it and SWIM doesn't feel depressed. In fact, SWIM almost feels better knowing that coke exists. Does that sound strange? Is this a bad sign? Just trying to recognise the tell tale warning signs for hard addicition, so I can avoid it.

ramjet; the cravings are normal and it doesnt necessarily mean your getting into hard addiction, just try and recognize little things in your personality, irritablility, difficulty concentrating usually because your thinking about coke, frequent mood swings etc. becoming far less social, these things and many others signs can point to the path that one is entering a phase that is more than simply emjoying cocaine every once in a while. if your finding pleasure knowing that coke exists thats great, try and keep it that way plan when your going to use, and train your mind to think like that. be happy knowing that tehr is cocaine available for you but you dont have to do it let your mind know that say maybe in a couple weeks time youll rail some on a friday night with your friends but iuntil then your simply satisfied with your existence knowing that you can catch that feeling yet again. moderation is the key man, it cant be stressed enough because it is so easy to slip.

as for me, well its been 11 days since i last slammed some gear
some days have been tough others not so bad, this is the longest ive gone for since i can remember, unfortunatly i may dip back in these next couple and it really hurts to know that those final hits are repeated over and over.

nice one guys, that's sound. Always good to hear about other people's experiences with the addictiveness of coke and how to avoid it becoming a problem. I was beginning to worry about the cravings. Then again, I crave a lot of things! The only real annoyance is going out without any class As and knowing I could be having a better time if I had some. I'm beginning to learn to control this feeling though and have a good night out anyway. Like you say, some days you think about it a lot, other days not at all. If you have a lot to do (work or otherwise) to keep your mind occupied that helps. Exercise is great too. Anyone else almost feel "high" after exercise?

"Had the best coke ever because SWIM thought she deserved it but didnt abuse of it"
...what exactly do you mean by that? Maybe I'm not reading it right but to me it sound like you are saying that you did cocaine but didn't abuse it? I'm not sure if that's possible, lol. But beyond that, i'm happy to hear your story. Stay happy.
