what does speed feel like?

i had it once, and didnt feel a thing. apparently my m8 said you dont feel it, but then ive read on here that it a good experience and the feeling is great. so can someone explain to me what happens when they take speed. i had 2 bombs of it. speed wrapped in cig papers

Probably you did'nt had that good quality of speed,or the dose you took just was'nt sufficient to get you where you wanted to be.Now to describe the feeling,it's kind of hard to describe,it's something you have to experience yourself,but i'll try to give a decent description.When it starts to kick in,you could feel a sort of sensation thru you're body that COULD give you goosebumps (if that's the wright word).After that,you are exploding of energy,find it hard to sit still and you're social skills swing out the roof,you keep on talking and talking and you feel on top of the world.Most preffer snorting it,but i stopped that,i only take bombs,the effect takes longer to kick in,but it will,and most of the time it will kick in a bit harder.(that's my experience).Now the problem with snorting is that it does damage to your nose wich will in a (pretty) long use of the drug can only be fixed with plastic surgery,but don't worry to soon,that's after a LONG (ab)use of the drug,same here with cocaine.

Thats a good description of speed. You definately feel as though you want to talk to everyone. Even people who I hated I could talk to hehe. It also becomes hard to eat.

ok. well my m8 said i had2 pretty big bombs. a big one and a small one. i had 1/2 pill though just before i had the speed. so would that have stopped the speed from workin. it was bad the next day. worse come down ever and i was workin. and at 8pm the pills startd workin. rate funny. my pupils went huge.

I think for anyone who wonders what speed feels like this is the answer (in my experience). And most peopleIve talked to it crushes the desire to eat. Also, I find that ifit goes in the nose there's less of a rush and just a Hell of a lot of energy. Definitely moretalkative when on one


Ive found if Im goin to roll that goes second after the crystals (anyone else, thoughts/experiences?). If Im rollin and then go to crystal it just kills the roll. And hell yeah, the pupils this is crazy! If I mix the two - pow!my eyeballslook likeshotgun barrels. (cant be good!?)


I too have had a difficult time getting that rush or goosebumps feeling consistently though.

So----&gt; let me try to answer the question "what does speed feel like" while Im 'on one'. I think i first noticed that my hands were tingling and then my head and then I just felt... great! the top of my head feels so light it almost feels like its not there. and now my body is tingling. Air feels soft and the tingling is more intense and wonderful. Went and took a shower and the water rolling down my body felt like velvet running over my skin. Still tingly, warm, and a little light headed.. not bad light headed like being drunkjust a little bit. Music is on, sounds good have a Lot of nervous energy! Started IMing someone very cool who kept me company while I was spinning (stupid fire alarms!). Thanks! you know who you are! Had a great night but morning is going to come Early! but dont care now...

showers = high killers even though they feel good they kill a lot of your high. i suggest saving the shower for your comedown same feel/effect and helps the comedown.

Actually, if you're snorting, a shower can break up the dope in your nose and make it easier to suck up into your little head

Shower/water moisture helps unclog your nose so you can snort real hard and get any excess left in the nose to where it needs to go. It just opens up your sinuses.


BUT-----Insane is right about water. The first people I ever did coke with taught me that water trick. Snorting water is by far easier. But if you have to take a shower anyway, this too will unclog you.

Meth's actually a decongenstant.....its so much better than coke for the nose....I mean sure it burns and all, but in like 5 mins your eyes are tearin and ur nose is clearin up...(my nose has been fucked up for like 5 weeks cuz of coke, and crystal's fixin it)

After using it for a wile you turn into an agorophobe. And if your agorophobic and still using it you can end up commited like I was. Then your letout.Thenby that time your usually taking hand fulls of assorted prescription pills ( speed included ) three times a day. then you get commited again and then your let out. And then you do some speedone day and all you get is a racing heart with no euphoria you no longer feel high off it.


Now I just do any drug, but speed/meth.


And if I do use it. I only use it to keep me from throwing up when I'm too drunk and about to vomit.

i re read this posting and saw the thing about pupils.. So True... you can pretty much guarantee if someone is looking at you and it looks like they have bowling balls for eyes they've mixed some pills (or someting) and crystals...


I still feel it more when I snort it and then blab-blab-blab-blab-blab-blab! I cant stop myself from talking!


But the few times Ive got a really good Euphoric high is when Ive smoked it. I dont have access to tweak regulerly so I usually just snort a little of it becuase it takes more for me to feel it when I smoke it...

I would like to add on here... Most drugs produce exceptionally excellent experiences or help people some how but please lets not forget they do some with the bad too.


I live in San Francisco and have for two years and I got hooked a year ago. I have friends who are 10 to 20 years older than me and have done drugs life long. I am only 20 but let this be a eye opener for those unexperienced with Meth.


You can get hooked... Its is highly addicting even more so than heroin according to studies and user responses.


I personally have been fighting the addiction since I started... Do I like the high? Yes so much that Ill spend up to a grand a week sometimes partying.


Now I highly suggest considering whether you can get addicted to a drug that will break your pockets.


With that in mind I want to also mention Meth makes people flipout and go totally insane forever... this is not a myth I have known two people so far who have totally lost it and thought they Mafia was chasing them or something blah blah and they totally lost it and never came back and disappeared my guess is they are in the morgue.


Once you use a lot for a long time you begin to cause bad damage... for instance I am 20 have used only meth and in one year I have became so hooked where I buy a gram every day sometimes two. I get discounts like its KMART thats how often I buy.


The drug has began to take its toll I often hallucinate and hear noises and hope to god I can kick the drug before I lose my marbles like others have.


I try to let everyone know what a nightmare meth can be but its your life.

Also a tip for first time users.... try it with someone who knows how to use... otherwise you well waste cash overcooking your shit and thinking it was gaffle etc.


Also some drugs may no longer work for you once you get hooked.... Coke? Hah doesnt do a thing for me I can do 5 or 6 grams and not feel a thing its plain insane and trust me I get good shit ;) works for everyone else but no more party for me.


Speed doesnt get me high anymore I mean not like it used to... of course I stay up and tweak but its not so great anymore just a lameass addiction.

A bit of clarity needed on the terminology front!Speed in the U.K. is very different, it seems, to speed in the States. Crystal meth is virtually unheard of in the U.K.. Ask for meth in the U.K. and you'll get methadone, a green gloopy liquid used to get people off heroin(unfortunately methadone is a highly addictive opiate too!). Ask for speed and you'll get Amphetamine Sulphate(if you're lucky!), usually powdery, or if Base(uncut),yellow,white,or pinkish paste that smells like piss(ammonia being a by-product of production)!Yum, but a good guage of purity. Amphetamine sulphate isn't generally a good thing to smoke, as it breaks down to Hydrochloric acid and goddess knows what else if it's been cut.
Speed in all it's forms can be highly addictive,partly 'cos it's really,really nice, and the comedown can be really,really grim, and something a lot of people want to put off, especially if they've been on a bender. However, the longer you put it off, the grimmer it gets, and yes, more than a few souls do end up on psych wards. That aside, it can be an amusing, fun and down right dirty drug to dabble in for a while,but only for a while...

amohetamine phycosis is fucking terrible....happened to once when i did too many pills,not nice at all,worse than a bad trip.

worse thing about speed is the comedowns, and the paranoia ( have thought random people have been trying to kill me quite a few times).

its also addictive, cos, like mickle mouse sed, its so damn fun you want to do it again, and the temptation to stave off the comedown is so great,plus when your on any drug taking more always seems like a good idea.

have never done meth, never encountered anyone who has.
dont relly want to try it after the stories i have heard, i l just stick with amphetamines.

I have only done speed twice and not huge ammounts.

But you know the feeling you have when you realy have a GREAT day. Everything is smoth and nice and easy. Thats how speed makes me feel.

Im usualy shy and not especialy talkative but after a couple of lines I never shut my mouth and I can talk to anyone anywhere without beeing shy.

Nothing bothers me when high. I can feel when its hot or cold outside but it just doesnt bother me at all. I think I could walk in shorts in a blizzard and still dont care about it. ALL unplesant feelings and sensations just becomes ignorable. They are there but they dont bother me the slighest.

I cant eat att all, food makes me sick. But I force myself to down protein shakes and drink juice. If I dont Im a train wreck the day after but if I do then Im okay the day after.

my first time like physically i didnt feel anything immidiatly. id say like 15min laterlike the back of my head started tingling(right word?) and my hands were kind of shaking a little bit. you should have seen my that night at work-at the pace i was going i deserved a raise on the spot! haha also my heart beat was like double or triple what it should have been. i happen to have gotten it from someone who is very "generous" with his supply and wanted to make sure we were high enough first.*lucky me!*


mentally/emotionally i felt very excited and hyper like i coulk talk forever and you could have asked me to run from one end of mn to the other and i could have like twice! it was awesome experience.


i dont know if you should smoke more, everyones body reacts differently to the stuff. like my friend he is hit with it fast and comes down hard. me on the other hand i dont feel it immidiatly but i can be up for like 3-4 days (of course that is saying im still doing it through out) but a good sac and enough of it, you should definetly feel it. it should do you in for at least a good day maybe 2.

I've always thought blow was really boring compared to speed.
Blow makes everything seem sorta fun and interesting, but speed (like
Adderall) is a total rush and lasts much longer. I also thought
the come down from speed was muchc more manageable than coke, sometimes

My 2 cents about the feeling. The 1st time I did it I got 25$ of it from my friend and he told me and my g/f (we both never used before) that we should drink it since she didn't want to snort. Sohe put what he said was a good amout and should get us highin some water and we drank it. It took a while to kick in but the werid part is Ididn't seem to feel anythingall day (we took it at about noon). It wasn't untill about 7pm when we went back over to my friends that I realized itwas affetingme. He told me that I lookedwired and I knew he knew what he was talking about. Then I remembered that me and my g/f had been at the park for *4* hours talking the whole time about stupid/pointless stuff but it was the most fun I had in weeks. So at least for my 1st time what it felt like was, it made everything interesting even if it wasn't (I found picking and ripping up strands of grass to be GREAT fun for many hours while I was talking at the park), made talking about anything seem very fun/inportant, also I was in abetter mood then normal (I'm ahappy guy anyway). I felt like that day at the parktalking to my g/f that wewere growing much closer and understode each other much better. We didn't really we were just both high on it we didn't even talk about anything that mattered at all the whole 4 hours. That night when I couldn't/didn't want to sleep I was convinced that I in fact did get high and was still a little. We used the rest of it the next day before homecoming dance (snorted it this time) and I knew more what it would feel like so 10 mins after snorting it I could feel the same effets that I dismissed the day before coming on. Anyway I'm going on and on again lol.Hope that helps =)

to me it feels differnt doing it in differnt ways. snorting: burning rush, Then I feel wide awake for a lil while then I want to find somthing to do.
Smoking:killer rush, warm fuzzy feeling but wide awake!But I need to smoke alot* im one of those binge smokers.
INjecting:Hell I get a rsuh from just loading my needle, but once the needle is out, your in heaven and nothing else matters ! warm, intense rush! eyes get HUGE, 100% of the drug is in your vains, and your on your way!
